MEI annonce un investissement dans des capacités de réduction de taille pour le traitement des matériaux hygroscopiques tout au long de l'année.

Wapakoneta, Ohio, 24 août 2018 : MEI est fière d'annoncer l'ajout de capacités de réduction de taille des matériaux en Nylon-6. Un investissement dans une installation de pointe à température contrôlée permet à MEI de produire du Nylon 6 de 20 à 35 mesh pour l'industrie du moulage par rotation et des tailles plus fines (60 mesh) pour d'autres marchés. Cet ajout aux capacités de traitement permet à MEI de contrôler la quantité d'humidité ajoutée aux matériaux sensibles à l'hygrométrie pendant la phase de broyage et d'emballage. La teneur en humidité des produits finis est ciblée entre 0,5 et 1,5 %.
